Sophie, Stephanie and the team are keen to welcome BN and non-member naturists to enjoy an evening visit to the gardens. This year’s Christian Naturist Fellowship (CNF) weekend had something for everyone, from “Jenga” to “Nunc dimittis”. From 6.30pm on Friday until 3.30pm on Sunday, over the long weekend of 5-7th August at the Naturist Foundation in Kent, there was a mix of activities from silent meditation to exuberant worship. The opening message was in the form of a video recording from CNF Leadership Team member, Bob, all the way from Fuerteventura. We were impressed by the numbers who attended (44) and t

The London and South East Region Annual General Meeting was held on Sat 14th May via Zoom. This was the first meeting since 2019 as previous face-to-face meetings had been cancelled due to COVID. The online option for this year proved to be very popular with over 50 people registering. All AGMs are a bit formal as there is a vote to elect a new Committee. Viv Rimmer was elected as Chair and her position as Regional Representative to the Executive Committee was ratified. Nigel Newman

We are pleased to (tentatively) announce a naturist evening at Houghton Lodge on Thursday 23 July Houghton Lodge Gardens is a glorious privately-owned property about 2.5 miles from Stockbridge in Hampshire. The gardens have a wide variety of habitats including a traditional walled garden, with herb patches, fruit trees and flowers, a beautifully manicured lawn leading from the house down to the stunning river Test, a field containing alpacas (and now also sheep) and all available (but not

In the last few months we have unfortunately experienced threats to two long-established swims in the London and South East region Although we have many great clubs and events across our region, and have made great progress in recent years in expanding opportunities for social nudity and public acceptance of naturism, there are still threats to well-established events from those who misunderstand naturism Two swims which had been running for several decades in Dover and Alton have been

The regional events team for London and the South East have been hard at work over the last few weeks putting together a programme of naturist events for later in the year... With the help of many other BN members, we have been able to put together several days of naturist events to make the most of the (hopefully excellent) summer weather in August! These events have been organised in the west of our region, close to the New Forest in Hampshire (and a little further afield in Dorset)

We’re already well into February, and many of us will already have enjoyed one of the fantastic naturist events that have already taken place across London and the South East. We’re lucky to have many naturist swims that take place regularly across our region - and many of our member clubs will also arrange events throughout the winter. If you want to find our more, or just to plan a few club visits for later in the year why not head over to the Places section of the BN website We also have

2019 will soon be behind us, but 2020 already promises to be a great year for naturism in London and the South East! As the year draws to a close it’s a good time to look forward at all of the opportunities that we’ll have to meet together as naturists next year - for some of us this will a chance to continue our enjoyment of social nudity, and for others the first step on their journey Established naturist clubs and swims will continue to be at the heart of naturism in our region - we

As memories of summer fade and we look back on some great times you might think that opportunities to enjoy social nudity are also on the wane - but you’d be wrong! There are still plenty of opportunities to enjoy naturism over the autumn and winter months in London and the South-East, and we’re already working on some exciting plans for Spring and Summer 2020 If swimming is your thing, then why not come along to one of the regular swims we hold across the region - naturist swimming is
