  1. Yet another unique opportunity has now come up in the LASER region. It’s a naturist trek with llamas. Whether or not the llamas are joining in with the undress code will depend on the farmer I suspect.  We will be taking it in turns to lead 8 llamas through private woods at Bluecaps llama farm near Coulsley Wood near Wadhurst. This is in the beautiful High Weald area of East Sussex. There’s only twenty tickets available so book early. At the end of the walk there will be a picnic. The event take
  2. The purpose of my two (so far) annual clothes-optional charity walks along part of the Cuckoo Trail in East Sussex (a former railway line  used frequently by walkers, cyclists and even horse riders) was to try  to demonstrate that naturists are normal citizens who simply prefer to spend their down-time without clothes (perfectly legal as we all know) but who, like any other grouping of like-minded people, might wish to raise money for a charity by a sponsored walk (again a common-enough event).

  5. Due to an enormous error by yours truly the date of the Houghton Lodge Garden Visit has had to be changed to TUESDAY 11 JUNE. I can only offer my apologies, I had asked for Wednesday 11th in error and the venue picked up on 11th and have us booked for TUESDAY 11 JUNE. They have another event on so can't accept any naturist visitors on Wednesday. I feel so stupid for not double-checking but as they say, it is what it is. If you know of any friends that were planning to come please make sure
  6. The weather is getting better by the day (sort of!!) and summer is here. And we are so lucky in the LASER region to have so many walks planned. I tried to think why walking in the country is so good for you and found this quote from the Woodland Trust and it sums it up perfectly: 5 minutes walking in nature improves mood, self-esteem, and relaxation. Frequent exposure to nature reduces anxiety and depression, while promoting a sense of wellbeing and fulfillment. Physcial activity in a green
