The walk can be rather challenging in places so a less challenging shorter option is available. Stout footwear is advisable.

All participants will receive:
• A BHF medal at the end of the walk.
• A fundraising pack and regular emails to keep on track.
• Full support from the British Heart Foundation to help reach your target.
• A bottle of water & snack.
• The option to purchase an afternoon tea for the amazing price of £12.50 each. This includes: finger sandwiches; cake selection, scones, cream & jam, tea or coffee. (Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten free alternatives can be arranged upon request.) As part of the afternoon tea, there is a further option to purchase a prosecco for a £5 upgrade.
This event promises to be an exhilarating experience with fun in the sun (hopefully), strolling around amazing Castle gardens, whilst also raising cash for The British Heart Foundation in the process. Swims are usually on the last Saturday of the month apart from December. Our usual time is 4.30pm and we are given  a 3 hour slot by the leisure centre.
 
Please note: 
“Though we would like you to be there at the start, please do not enter the building and start queueing until 10 minutes before our start time at the earliest to allow members of the public to leave.”

The club is a friendly safeguarded swim run by members for members where the simple pleasure of naturism is enjoyed by both younger and older members in a warm safe environment.
Enjoy warm pools for swimming and exercise, sauna and steam rooms for detoxification and de-stress, lounge for rest and refreshment.
Open to all BN members and continental style naturists who enjoy acceptance of naturism as part of a healthy life.
No membership required.

The cost per person for the 3 hour event is Standard £10
Members of British naturism £7.50 (a valid BN card must be shown)

As we are affiliated with British Naturism we prefer everyone who attends our events to be members of British Naturism, There are many benefits to membership which include access to many swims and clubs, access to the BN website and forums where friendship and advice about all things naturist in this country and abroad can be found, Please consider joining BN however if you’re not a BN member please contact us as we welcome all genuine naturists and of course those who are new to naturism.
Remember unacceptable behavour will not be tolerated.
 
Refreshments will be available: hot and cold drinks plus rolls/sandwiches, snack etc.
Sauna and steam rooms are available throughout the sessions  but please limit your time in them to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy those facilities.
Past experience tells us that it is preferable to speak to newcomers before they attend.

A special Couples & Females Only swim run by Mid-Anglia Naturist Swimming Club (MNSC) at the wonderful Bury St Edmunds Leisure Centre. Sorry, no unaccompanied males allowed at this one!
A full size swimming pool with three double lanes, life guards, piped music and convenient ample free parking right outside.
Whether you are a serious swimmer or want to chat in the pool then there is room for everyone.
The sauna is undergoing renovation and will be back online soon. The steamroom is open.
Booking in advance is mandatory via the club website (unless you are club members) and you will need to bring identification. £12 per session with a discount for club members.
You dont have to be a BN member to attend and guests and first time visitors are very welcome.
