Hi Everyone John Gelder our Eastern Walks Coordinator would like to inform those of you keen on walking that as a result of Government restrictions being extended for potentially another four weeks; two of our regional walks have been affected; Firstly; The Tring walk on Friday 24th April has now been CANCELLED. My first Naked Heart Walk during the early evening of 6th Sept 25 was a perfect way to visit the stunning College Lake Nature Reserve, near Tring in Hertfordshire. College Lake is one of the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust's flagship nature reserves. This thriving nature reserve supports more than 1,000 different wildlife species. As a result of connections made through BN there was an interfaith naturist mediation day held at Springwood Sun Club (nr Colchester) in August 25. Possibly the first of its kind anywhere in the world. This included practioners from the Buddhist, Shaman, Humanist Quaker, Pantheist and Christian traditions who each led a session. In a synergized move the two regions Laser ( London And South East Region) and the Eastern Region have teamed up for a relaxing evening cruise. On Saturday 8th February at 6pm.
