The biggest UK Naturist festival of the year is now just one month away – and this one is going to be huge.
Nudefest begins on 7 July at Thorney Lakes in Somerset and is the fastest-selling festival we have ever run. While there is still some space available on this vast site, places are running out fast, so book soon if you want to join us.
The entertainment line-up is one of our strongest ever, featuring legendary acts including Doctor and the Medics and Black Lace, supported by the legendary Paul Chuckle.
It is a sign of how popular and mainstream Naturism has become. Major performers no longer keep their distance from hundreds of unclothed festival-goers, they want to be part of the atmosphere, energy and fun.
Comedy Takes Centre Stage
Competing with our music programme is a comedy line-up that would be the focal point of any festival.
Wednesday night's headline comedy show features:
• Mark Thomas – Mark cut his teeth on the Mary Whitehouse Experience, which seems strangely appropriate for a Nudefest appearance, and has won awards for his human rights work as well as his comedy, meaning he is very much a kindred spirit.
• Erich McElroy – the American political comedian whose observations on British life have earned him a devoted following, he is maybe expecting to gain even more from his Nudefest experience than he puts in.
• Sally-Anne Hayward – award-winning performer and regular at both Glastonbury Festival and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, which leads us into…
New for 2026 is the Fringe Venue, which will host performances every day, making comedy and live entertainment a core part of the festival experience rather than a single-night attraction.
Alongside the headline acts will be tribute bands, party bands and live music throughout the week, ensuring there is always something happening whether you want to dance, laugh or simply soak up the atmosphere.
More to Come
We also have several new features and activities that have remained under wraps until now. Over the coming weeks we will begin revealing these additions, so keep checking back for further announcements.
More Than Entertainment
While the entertainment programme is impressive, what many people value most about Nudefest is the remarkable sense of community, friendship and belonging that develops throughout the week.
For many attendees, that feeling is the real reason they return year after year.
If you would like an insight into both Nudefest and Naturism more broadly, you can watch the recent ARTE documentary "Naturism – On the Way Out?", which was filmed partly at Nudefest and partly in Germany. The German stars of that feature are in fact joining us at Nudefest, along with some of our own young stars.
If you are an established Naturist, curious about trying Naturism for the first time, or simply looking for a unique summer experience, now is the time to book.
We are also always keen to speak with journalists, broadcasters and content creators interested in learning more about what we do. If you are a member of the media and would like to know more, and possibly even pay us a visit, please get in touch.
So book your tickets now and see you there.
