Join Michael for a Sauna Ritual, at Court Farm Lakes in Gloucestershire , this will be a traditional Finnish experience, with the use of Birch Whisks, aromatherapy oils, and meditation. The session lasts 90 mins, have the site for 3 hours, with a lake for swimming and a café to relax in. There will also be massage available with Fiona. This is more than just a sauna, this is an amazing experience, in a traditional naturist environment.
