Naked Aquafit at Shaftesbury Lido

A one-off session to celebrate another great season of Naked Swims and water activities at Shaftesbury Lido where the water is heated to 29C.

Come and enjoy the challenge of a demanding aquafit workout from instructor Lorah - who is clothed - and enjoy the fun and the music.

Wednesday 19th August, 7.15-8pm at Dorset's only Lido. Barton Hill, Shaftesbury, SP7 8DQ.

Cost £10 per person.

Free parking available at Barton Hill car park, by the roundabout, SP7 8QA

or by phone 01747 853181. Advance booking strongly advised, as maximum is only 16.

After the swim, free tea, coffee and biscuits are provided and the chance to natter with fellow aqua-fitters. Donations for the refreshments are welcome as Friends of Shaftesbury Swimming are fundraising to train local young people as lifeguards.
