DESCRIPTION:A one-off session to celebrate another great season of Naked
	 Swims and water activities at Shaftesbury Lido where the water is heated 
	to 29C.  Come and enjoy the challenge of a demanding aquafit workout from 
	instructor Lorah - who is clothed - and enjoy the fun and the music.   Wed
	nesday 19th August\, 7.15-8pm at Dorset's only Lido. Barton Hill\, Shaftes
	bury\, SP7 8DQ.Cost £10 per person.Free parking available at Barton Hill
