Monknash Beach, Near Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan.

Meet Up at 10.00am at New Mill Farm Stables Car Park, CF71 7QQ

We will then walk through the Cwm down to the Beach.

There are 2 or 3 Stone stiles to climb over then some pebbles and flat rocks until we meet the sand.

We will then walk along beach about 50/100yards.

Skinny Dip around 11.30am.

Bring towel and sunscreen and some lunch.

At the end of day we will go to the Plough & Harrow Pub to finish off.
