STRANGERS IN BETWEEN is a play opening in London on 19th Sep.
A perfect theatre outing for naturists to support the 1st ever openly gay athlete to win an Olympic Gold Medal in his new career move into acting into a UK acting debut role.
Matthew Mitcham made diving history at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. At the Men's 10m platform, the Australian, who was in second place after 5 out of 6 dives, needed the highest score dive in diving history to beat Zhou Luxin of China - and he delivered! Come meet Matthew Mitcham in person when he makes his UK acting debut in STRANGERS IN BETWEEN opening 19th Sep at the Golden Goose Theatre.
"Strangers in Between," a captivating Australian classic from the acclaimed playwright of "Holding the Man." This unmissable production delves into the complexities of identity and relationships, offering a mix of laughter and tears that will leave audiences deeply moved.
Written by the talented Tommy Murphy, "Strangers in Between" made its debut at the renowned Griffin Theatre Company in Sydney in 2005. The play's exceptional storytelling and heartfelt exploration of personal growth earned it the prestigious Best Play Award at the New South Wales Premiere's Literary Awards. In 2016, it received its UK premiere at the King's Head Theatre in London, directed by Adam Spreadbury-Maher, where it garnered critical acclaim.
Strangers in Between explores brotherhood. Shane flees his family in regional Goulburn and
finds himself in Sydney's Kings Cross. He attempts to build a surrogate family in the city. He
confuses the two families. The city lover he worships is doubled and morphed with the brother he fears. Peter, an older man who is dealing with the imminent death of his elderly mother, is himself rendered maternal by the needs of runaway Shane.
STRANGERS IN BETWEEN is a two-act Australian play by Tommy Murphy. It won the 2006 NSW Premier's Literary Award for Best Play. It was first staged at Sydney's Griffin Theatre
Company in February 2005, where it broke box office records.

We are a friendly Club who meet up every weekend to swim and socialise. Our membership is comprised of families, couples and singles, and we welcome all genuine naturists who wish to visit.
We meet every Saturday evening at the Northgate Arena in the city of Chester, 6.15pm until 8pm in the pool. The Club has excellent facilities and ample FREE parking.
We have excellent facilities with the main leisure pool, water slide, and also the sauna and steam room located at the side of the pool.
The pool is ideal for children and non-swimmers as it has a beach end, which allows you to paddle up to a depth that you are comfortable with, right up to the diving end of the pool at just over 3 metres deep. The pool is also ideal for disabled people.
The sauna and steam room are next to the pool. There are also tables and chairs by the poolside which provide an ideal place for a chat with friends.
Lane swimming across the width of the pool is popular with some of our 'serious swimmer' members. The 70m flume is a popular feature of the Northgate pool. The deep end of the pool goes to a depth of 3 metres.
