A Naked Shropshire walk on Thursday 14th July, starting from the small village of Cardington, Shropshire, which is a few miles east of Church Stretton. Its a circular walk of about 9 miles with some fine views across the surrounding countryside, there are a number of moderate to steep climbs. If I get time in advance I'm going to modify the route to include an ascent of Caer Caradoc, but take out another part to compensate. This will "refresh to the walk for those who have done it previously. We will stop for packed lunch during the walk, which will take around 4-5hrs.
There is space for careful and considerate parking in the village in the area around the church, and the adjacent the village hall car park is available for use. A donation of £2 is requested and payment is via an honesty box.

Those taking part should have with them a means of covering up should that be necessary. Its important to note that this is not an official BN walk, and it is just a case of "walking with friends".

After lots of success with weekly naked Yoga in Bristol, I am looking to create a space just for women to come and have a go at some Naked Yoga!
Maybe you're a bit unsure about getting naked? Come in whatever you feel comfortable, do it in your pants, bra I do not mind. The class will be at The Greenbank in Easton and limited to 11 and me and there is the option to stay for a drink, some food and a chat afterwards downstairs in the pub too. On the Tuesday evening session most of us stay for a drink after and it's been a really lovely way to get to know those who come along so do stay if you can.
This class is open to all who identify as Women!
**For the Men: maybe you have a partner or friend who is a bit unsure about joining events or BN, well this is for her. Drop her off and have a drink downstairs 😆
