This holiday is highly recommended. I have attended twice, both solo and as a couple. Jane and I are hoping to attend again.
Prices are greatly reduced and include lots of activities and a meal each day.
You will meet lots of new friends, mostly Spanish and Portuguese, they will be able to speak English.
The CO guided walk/s are extremely well led and the nude catamaran trip is fantastic.

This event begins 29/09/17 and repeats every week on Friday until 12/10/17
Circuits style exercise class, using mainly body weight exercises. Team games and partner work will be incorporated, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable, full body workout.
Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
This is a nudist activity, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.
Attendance is by pre-registration only, as spaces are limited.
Attendees must pre-register via email to gain admittance: nude.ercise@gmail.com
Photographic ID will be required.
All participants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to participation.
All information provided will be strictly confidential.
