fitness×   exercise×   health× Circuits style exercise class, using mainly body weight exercises.
Team games and partner work will be incorporated, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable, full body workout.
Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
This is a nudist activity, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.
£8 per person
Attendance is by pre-registration only, as spaces are limited.

Photographic ID will be required.
All participants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to participation.

Wyvern Swim and Sun Club's regular, monthly swim at Tewkesbury Leisure Centre.
We will have full use of all wet-side facilities (main pool, learner pool, sauna and steam room) for a full two hours, and Wyvern continues to offer complimentary refreshments (tea, coffee, soft drinks, etc) throughout the swim.
Wyvern's swim is open to all BN Members. All we ask is that you contact the Secretary prior to joining us simply so that we know to expect you, and so that we can have somebody on hand to show you around when you arrive. We do require Photo ID (e.g. valid BN Card, driving licence, etc) from all non-Wyvern Members prior to admission. You will also need a £1 coin to operate the lockers (this is refunded). The entry fee for Members is £7.00, Visitors and Guests are £8.00 and under 18's swim for free. Raffle tickets are £1.00 each. Doors open at 6:30pm, and the swim closes at 8:30pm.
