STOP PRESS: With very little notice, Energybase have informed us that they will be closing the pool over the summer for repairs expected to take a couple of months. Unfortunately this means 18th June 2017 will be the last Sunday Swim until this work has been completed.

Naturist London is a group of volunteers whose aim is to promote drop-in, inclusive naturist events in London with administrative support from BN. The regular Sunday Swim is our signature event and extremely popular. It is just like going to an ordinary public swimming pool except that costumes are banished. Unlike many traditional naturist venues, there is no booking, no membership and no commitment. You are welcome to just turn up whether or not you consider yourself a committed naturist.
Approximately once a month, BN member Emma James comes along to help with the swim and coordinate a pre-swim meet up for ladies. She also plans to organise, less frequently, an extended social programme around the swim to make a "day out in London" for those who have to travel some distance. Team games and partner work will be incorporated, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable, full body workout.
Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
After the session you have the opportunity to attend the naturist swim at the nearby Oaklands pool. (Additional, separate charges apply. The two events are run completely separately.)
This is a nudist activity, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.
£8 per person
Attendance is by pre-registration only, as spaces are limited.

All participants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to participation.

Naked Southampton and BN's London South East Region (LASER) have arranged a Skinny Dip at the Oaklands Swimming Pool at Southampton, from 6.30 - 8.00 pm on Saturday 15th April. The pool's flume will be operating.
The cost is £5 at the door. Under 18's, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, can come in for £1, and so can full time students showing a Students Union Card. The event is open to all, but please remember to bring a photo ID, such as your driving license, BN membership card, or other suitable i.d.
Please note that the postcode for the pool is SO16 8LX. Some people have found that their Sat Navs do not recognise this, however the pool is in Cromaty Road, and that is, apparently, recognised.
