Greenacres Club is situated in the heart of the Durham countryside about seven miles from the ancient city of Durham. The club was founded in 1953 on the site of an old alms-house and has expanded into the five acre site we have now. It is ideally situated as a stopping off post when catching the ferry to Europe from North Shields and as a perfect base when exploring the northern and border counties. Founded in 1955, we are a friendly club located in Cumbria, near Carlisle (20 minutes from the M6 and convenient for the A7 and A69). Our 14 acre off-grid woodland site provides a beautiful and peaceful setting to enjoy naturist life. It offers a tranquil refuge in which to unwind, especially as there is no mains electricity or fast internet connection!
