In Silverdale, Lancs. Just 8 km (5 miles) from M6 J35 by car, or a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station and bus stop (handy for those on public transport). An equal opportunities club without waiting lists. Growing in size, we warmly welcome singles, couples and families. Our secluded, back-to-basics, self-sufficient site “Silverglades” has 4 hectares (10 acres) of sun lawns, private glades and deep woods on a south-facing hillside. Set within the Arnside Silverdale AONB, Silverglades is protected from development and is ideal for both day visits and stripped-back camping. Occasional guest visits are possible, but with our low annual membership fees (just £75 couple or family, £60 single) joining is even better value!
