EAST SUSSEX NATURISTS

East Sussex Naturists... by Richard C

BN members living in East Sussex, or even Kent, might like to check out their local naturist club which is East Sussex Naturists. This is a dynamic and friendly club run by a committee of enthusiastic and experienced naturists offering members the non-judgemental lifestyle of naturism and its benefits to self esteem, mental health and body awareness.

Originally created as a swimming club, East Sussex Naturists have branched out in recent years and now offer a wide range of activities enabling their members to enjoy the fellowship and freedom of social nudity throughout the year regardless of the weather. Events are amazingly varied and include barbecues, yoga, film shows, social afternoons, sauna sessions, Qi gong classes, unclothed visits to art galleries and museums, charity walks and beach days. Members can also swim monthly at two Seaford locations from October to April. With such a wide choice, there is always something for everyone while the club continues to seek new activities and venues.

Although most outside activities take place during the warmer months of the year,  naturism is not restricted by the seasons with many popular indoor events during the winter. This friendly club does not have its own premises so events are held across East Sussex, sometimes in public venues where nudity is accepted and even welcomed, naturist beaches and also in the comfort of members' homes and gardens.

East Sussex Naturists are keen to welcome new members. Have a look at their website eastsussexnaturists.com. For further details please contact either Keith or Richard. They will be pleased to hear from you.
