The calendar is filling up fast across the Scotland and Northern England Region (SANER), with two fantastic whole-weekend events offering the perfect excuse to plan a Naturist getaway.
Northumberland Naturist Weekend – 18–19 July
Visitors will be travelling from across the North East, and beyond, for this ever-popular weekend. Saturday features the Seahouses and Farne Islands Naturist Boat Trip, which last year was memorably accompanied by a pod of dolphins… will they return this time?
On Sunday, we head back to the spectacular Alnwick Garden, with its stunning water features and cascading displays providing a truly unique setting.
And if that wasn’t enough, TANDO, Northumberland’s own Naturist club, will also be hosting a Naturist Vehicle Rally across the same weekend. With so much happening, there’s no need for clothes at any point!
Edinburgh Naturist Weekend – 15–16 August
The Scottish capital plays host to another incredible weekend in August. Saturday’s highlight is the ever-popular River Forth Boat Trip, cruising beneath the three iconic bridges and out towards the historic Blackness Castle. With a licensed bar and heated saloon on board, you’ll be comfortable whatever the weather – though we’re all hoping for sunshine on deck.
On Sunday, we return to Jupiter Artland after a year’s break. This award-winning sculpture garden blends contemporary art with 120 acres of meadow and woodland, creating a truly immersive experience.
You can also make a full weekend of it by visiting the newly opened Central Sun Club in West Lothian, a rustic setting complete with its own lake, perfect for a refreshing dip.
Make a Break of It
With two brilliant weekends just a few weeks apart, it’s easier than ever to turn one trip into two. Whether you join us in Northumberland, Edinburgh, or both, we’d love to see you there.
