Yesterday, The Metro published a great account from British Naturism member Tony Macinnes about his life as a Naturist. It offers a powerful and positive insight into what Naturism is, what it is not, and the importance of respecting one another, both within the Naturist community and beyond.
Tony’s story is a wonderful example of what makes the Naturist community so special, and of what we can all achieve by simply sharing our own experiences.
You don’t need to be an official spokesperson or an elected representative to speak about Naturism. Every one of us has a story to tell. By sharing those stories, we can open the door to the joy and freedom of Naturism for the many people who encounter them.
These personal testimonies can be particularly powerful because they are our stories. They show people what Naturism really means to those who experience it, in all its variety and positivity.
So, well done and thank you, Tony. Your willingness to share your story gives us all inspiration, and a reminder that we can each play a part in helping others discover Naturism.
