Wow, we saw a LOT of people arriving yesterday, making it a hot and sticky day for the team checking in our many guests and helping everyone get pitched.
But it is definitely worth it! It has been wonderful to see so many familiar faces while also welcoming lots of people to their first Nudefest. Although we have many more arrivals expected today, the site is already buzzing, and it is clear this is going to be a huge year.
There was plenty of time to settle in, catch up with friends and enjoy a chat yesterday, but the day wasn't entirely quiet. In the evening, Dr Fraggle Band officially got the festival underway. They were such a hit last year that people demanded we invite them back, and the energy they brought was the perfect way to kick off what promises to be an incredible week.
I won't spoil too much of what is happening today, but I will say this: tonight is our comedy night. This is going to be good.
