    Naked Fitness - meditation

    Here's the next in our series of profile-raisers for our fabulous online naked fitness classes - meditation.

    Katherine runs two classes a week - Mindfulness Meditation on Thursdays at 10am, and Earth Meditation on Sundays at 9.30am.

    Whether you’re new to meditation or have years of experience, these gatherings offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can practice mindfulness, share insights, and support each other on the journey to inner peace, with guided and silent meditations for mindfulness and for connection with the earth and nature, followed by optional discussions.

    No pressure, no judgment—just a safe space to breathe, unwind, and grow together. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.
