What makes a successful Naturist gathering? For Andy and Lieva, the answer is a beautiful secluded garden, a barbecue, a few lawn games and an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
Their annual garden party in Knebworth has now reached its tenth year, bringing together Naturists from across the country for an afternoon of relaxed socialising. From croquet and horseshoe pitching to the occasional shortage of air rifle pellets, it’s a wonderfully British occasion with a Naturist twist!
But there’s more to the story than sunshine and games. For some guests, the party represents an important first step into social Naturism. One couple enjoyed their first-ever Naturist event so much that their thank-you message afterwards described it as “one of the best days of my life.”
It’s a lovely reminder that sometimes the most important thing an event can offer is a welcoming space where people can feel comfortable, make friends and simply be themselves.
