I will be guiding a clothes optional walk at Gnosall in Staffordshire on Thursday March 23rd, starting at 11am The starting point is “The Boat Inn” Quarry Lane, Gnosall, Staffordshire, ST20 0DA The pubs location can be found at this link https://what3words.com/gain.briefing.trinkets The Walk is an easy 6.5 miles with a few small gradients here and there. The walk is expected to take about 3hrs.
There is parking at The Boat Inn (but ask first as the car park is small). There is also a bit of parking outside the shops nearby and at various points along the road near the pub. There is also parking at The Navigation Pub on the main A518 ( https://what3words.com/direct.info.clogging ) then walk 100yds down Mill Lane or the canal towpath to the Boat Inn. As usual this time of year, with the cold weather, most people will probably stay clothed, but there are a couple of wooded areas out of the wind should you wish to brave it. Bring a snack with you for a bit of sustenance. If its warm enough, we can stop for 10 minutes and if not, we can eat on the go. Meet outside the Boat Inn at 10:45 for an 11am start. If it turns out to be forecast bad weather, we will cancel the walk the day before, so check the calendar and forum on the evening before.
