Bonus Haweswater Walk

Bonus Haweswater walk.

Some people couldn't make the 2nd June Pre Shap Lido walk so we've decided to do it again on the 23rd.

We plan to do a clothing-optional walk near to Shap. It would be about 5 miles, 1,800 feet of ascent, taking in two Wainwright summits, Selside Pike and Branstree, above Haweswater Reservoir.

It is typical Lake District terrain, with a steep climb at the start and a steep descent at the end. In between it is mostly easy walking, with some boggy patches. There may be a bit of road walking depending on where we can park. Once away from the road we can walk naked, if it's warm enough!

We will aim to start walking at 12:00. Note the earlier start time!!!
