Breamore Estate – Naked Heart Walk 2026

The Event

This event offers a clothing optional 5k (3-mile) circular Naked Heart Walk around the beautiful gardens of Breamore House, in Hampshire and across some of the surrounding countryside to raise funds for The British Heart Foundation.

The Venue

This is a beautiful, privately owned Elizabethan mansion completed in the year 1583 located near Fordingbridge in the West of Hampshire. The site is located off the A338; 15 mins by road from Ringwood and the A31; 15 minutes from Salisbury and the A30; 30 minutes from Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch; and 30 minutes from Southampton and the M27. Your ticket entitles you to:

· Free Parking.

· Access to all the formal gardens for you to stroll around until closing time.

· A 5k (aprox) walk to raise funds for The British Heart Foundation. (Included).

· An optional shorter, more level walk for those with mobility difficulties. (Included)

Also, available for additional payments:

· Café. (Participants must be clothed).

· A Museum. (Tickets from the farm shop, participants must be clothed.)

· A Farm Shop (Participants must be clothed).

The Walks

The 5k walk can be rather challenging in places across the fields with several gates to negotiate but there are no styles to negotiate or steep climbs. The terrain can be rough in places and soft in others so a less challenging shorter option is available. Stout footwear is advisable

The Naked Heart Walks are organised by British Naturism to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and all participants will receive:

• Certificate of completion.
• A BHF medal available to purchase at the end of the walk.
• A fundraising pack and regular emails to keep you on track.
• Full support from the British Heart Foundation to help you reach your target.
