Swimming consists of the following strokes  50m back, 50M Butterfly, 50m Freestyle, 50m breast , 25m freestyle sprint, 3 x 25m family relay and  club relay. All the individual swims are grouped into age groups and M & F gender. When you register on the night you choose the swims you wish to compete in, prior to each event you will be called to a holding area and will be given a lane, you may swim against different age groups but your result will be within your own age group.
The sport consists of Badminton, Pickleball, and squash it will run alongside the swimming, the idea being that those who enjoy sport and do not swim have an activity to attend, all sport equipment is supplied you just need suitable footwear, there are no competitions you will just be playing with others on the night.
Woodside is an 8-lane short-course competition pool with starting blocks. There is a café that will be open during the event
