Join us for an 11 mile* walk on the South Downs near Arundel.
* Note: a shorter option of this walk will be available on the day.
This walk has plenty of open rolling countryside and lunchtime views across the Sussex Weald.

Gong baths can help you relax, reset and rejuvenate with nothing for you to do but to take an hour out of the hustle and bustle of this modern world. Then allow the vibrations of, up to ten, beautiful gongs to wash through and over you, bringing you deep peace and a sense of wellbeing physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
