We have two fitness breaks scheduled for the year hosted at British Naturism: Sunfolk near St Albans.
Spring Fitness Weekend - 23rd & 24th April
Summer Fitness Weekend – 30th & 31st July
Join Georgia (Naked Yoga), Jooles (GroovX Fitness) and Roy (Group Fitness) for a weekend of focussed fitness, wellbeing, and meditation.
The two-day live fitness events cost only £99 per person and include a pitch. You can extend your stay to either 3 or 4 nights for an additional £19. You are also welcome to stay in a local hotel or travel in for the days.
The weekends features great community spirit, nights round the campfire plus plenty of time to relax and enjoy the pool and sauna.

Our events are members only and initially you will be given temporary membership (£1) for which a few details are required and photo-id must be shown to confirm your address. This ensures that events attract only naturists. We are a member club of British Naturism so please let us know your BN membership number if you are a BN member. Swim price is £6 per person. Owing to ongoing problems with the pool and the termination, by Everlast Gyms, of our contract we find ourselves without a venue. We will amend these details as and when we have an alternative venue
