Noah's Ark Naturist Swim and Sauna welcome all naturists to our friendly swim in Ewell. We not only offer the usual wet facilities but we have, in addition, full use of the gym which can be used as nature intended, although you do need gym shoes and the usual towel. We also have occasional Aqua-aerobics in the pool and nude fitness sessions, currently led by Jools of FitBunny, in one of the studios. Please see our website for up to date information regarding these sessions as the dates are frequent but irregular. The guest entrance fee for the gym, pool and other wet side activities is £8.00pp. There is an extra charge of £2 for non-members of Noah's Ark for participation in the studio based group nude fitness sessions.

fitness×   exercise×   health× Circuits style exercise class, using mainly body weight exercises.
Team games and partner work will be incorporated, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable, full body workout.
Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
This is a nudist activity, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.

Attendance is by pre-registration only, as spaces are limited.

All participants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to participation.
