Pre Shap Lido Naked walk.
(Note: earlier start time and longer distance)
We plan to do a clothing-optional walk near to Shap, before the Lido event. It would be about 9 miles, 870 feet of ascent, going to the summits of Crosby Ravensworth Fell (401 m) and Howenook Pike (370 m), return via Robin Hood's grave. Splendid views throughout of Howgills and High Cup Nick. Easy going underfoot and no very steep gradients.
We will aim to start walking at 13:45, and be finished in time to get to the Lido for 6pm.
