A one-off session for Women Only. The Lido provides a comfortable and welcoming space to swim without clothes and for this session, only with women. This was requested by our regular weekly naked swimmers and we hope it will prove successful so that more can be introduced in the 2027 season.
Swim outdoors in water heated to 29C, on an August Friday evening, 7pm - 8pm at Dorset's only Lido. Barton Hill, Shaftesbury, SP7 8DQ.
Cost £9 per person.
Free parking available at Barton Hill car park, by the roundabout, SP7 8QA

After the swim, free tea, coffee and biscuits are provided and the chance to natter with fellow swimmers. Donations for the refreshments are welcome as Friends of Shaftesbury Swimming are fundraising to train three local young people as lifeguards.

The Western Swimming Club swim, sauna and steam room session takes place every Friday from 19.30 to 21.30 at Chepstow Leisure Centre.
