   Social and sauna evening clothing optional but clothes free recommended in sauna. Please bring a towel and flip flops plus any drinks or snacks you may want.
    
   This event is held in tandem with the nearby dance class so it's possible to do one or both. People with health conditions are advised to seek medical advice before using a hot sauna.
