Afternoon swims are 2-4 pm on the first and third Friday of the month. Evenings are 8-10 pm on the remaining Fridays.
Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement with the club, giving at least four days’ notice.

Club Naturel is holding five more ‘Ladies-Only, Clothes-Optional’ swim sessions in a privately owned pool in Old Buckenham, near Attleborough, Norwich. Sessions are from 8 to 10 pm in the evening on the third Friday of the month. Facilities include a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna & showers. Parking is available on site. The cost is £7 per person, payable on the day. There are 20 places available each week. The five Fridays are: 20th October, 17th November, 15th December, 19th January and 16th February.
