Circuits style exercise class, using mainly body weight exercises.
Team games and partner work will be incorporated, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable, full body workout.
Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
This is an outdoor Nude-ercise venue, with indoor provision if there is rain.

Non-members entrance fee required for this venue, although the session itself costs only £5 - less than other venues! 
You will have the opportunity to relax for a time in this beautiful club before and after the session, if you wish.

Northampton Sun Group (NSG) has been meeting for skinny dips in Northampton on Sunday evenings since 1982. Our evenings start at 5.30pm and finish at 8.00pm. At present NSG has 60+ members from all walks of life, all ages (30 ~ 80+ years). We are a very friendly group which is typical of naturist clubs, the mid-evening 'tea-break' gives the opportunity for a chat and to socialise with other members. We hold sessions every week at The Mounts Swimming Complex in Northampton from January to the end of June and from September to December (except Bank Holiday weekends and the summer holidays) for swimming and the use of the venue's Swedish Sauna & Russian Steam Room, we also have the use of three Turkish Hot Rooms to relax in and a lounge area to hold the very informal meeting. It’s the ultimate skinny dip experience and a great way to finish the weekend! There is a Table tennis Table and there is also a Yoga Group available during the second half of many evenings.

This is a nudist activity, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.

Alton Sports Centre Naturist Swim - 1st Sunday of every month from 19:30 to 21:30. Facilities include 6 Lane 25 meter swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room and hot tub that are all in use during this session.
No pre-booking or club membership required. This is an open session run by the Sports Centre (i.e. not a members club).
