Nude-ercise exercise class.
Classes at the following times:
11.00 - 12.00
12.15 - 13.15
Circuits style exercise class, using mainly body weight exercises.
Team games and partner work will be incorporated, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable, full body workout.
Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
After your session you have the opportunity to attend the Naturist London swim at the nearby UCL pool. (Additional, separate charges apply. The two events are run separately.)
This is a nudist activity, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.
£15 per person
Attendance is by pre-registration only, as spaces are limited.

Photographic ID will be required.
All participants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to participation.
