The BH5K Run is a well established and popular event. Most competitors will run unclothed, but this is weather dependent; ladies may wish to wear a sports bra. Free parking, mixed changing rooms and showers (20p), separate toilets, café, bar, covered heated swimming pool (no costumes!), games courts, outdoor gym, sun lawns. The Naturist Foundation is a bona fide family orientated naturist club situated in 50 acres of woodland, and with a membership of over 400 members. We often welcome new runners and those trying naturism for the first time, in addition to our regulars; why not come along to give it a go and set your own naked personal best time?

Severn Vale Swimming Club We hold our swims every second, fourth and fifth Sunday each month, with every fifth Sunday being a "costumes optional" swim for anyone who wants to see what our club is like but feels a little too shy to undress completely. Time: 18:30 - 20:30 We are of course always pleased to see members of British Naturism or BN-affiliated clubs, but to save embarrassment at the door, please bring your membership card with you. Others, particularly those wishing to try naturism for the first time, are welcomed by Severn Vale. However, we would be grateful if you will make prior arrangements by telephoning the club first on either 01242 576 650 or 01242 672 624. The New Tewkesbury Leisure Centre, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, GL20 5SX has been booked for ALL 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays in 2016. However, there will be no swim on the fourth Sunday in December which falls on Christmas Day.
