Naturist Swimming at Dover Leisure Centre

The Dover Naturist Swim Club is a friendly group of mixed ages and genders, open to all naturists over 18.

We meet for a naturist swim at Dover Leisure Centre on Sunday evenings between Autumn and Spring from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

We have exclusive use of the pool, together with the sauna and steam rooms beside it.

You don’t need to be a good swimmer - many of our members go for the social aspects of swimming and stay in the shallow end. One of our members has learnt to swim at our sessions with the help of other members; on the other hand we have a record breaking Channel swimmer in the club so you can hack out the lengths if that’s your thing. All disabilities are welcome, with suitable facilities and access.

Swim dates and times

The first swim of the season will be on Sunday 04 October 2026 after
which it will be each Sunday until Christmas 20 December 2026. Swims will resume on 03 January 2027 and run until the final swim of the
season on Sunday 25 April 2027 (there will be NO swim on Easter Sunday 28 March 2027). In all cases, the swims will be from 8:30 to 9:30pm

Cost

Please arrive by 8:15pm to allow for time to book in and make payment, latecomers may not be admitted. Swim fees for the 2026/27 season will be £8.00 per swim. Payment can be made by cash or card. There is also an incentive scheme whereby full payment is made in advance for each part of the season 2026 and 2027. This payment method gives a saving in each swim session. Location and facilities

We meet at the Dover District Leisure Centre, Fitness Fields, Whitfield, Dover, CT16 3FZ

The Dover Leisure Centre is very modern, with good changing facilities and a 25m pool with some lanes and some free swimming areas. We also have use of the sauna and steam room adjacent to the pool.

What should I bring?

·     Towel and shower gel (please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna or steam room)

·     Cash or card for entry and £1 coin for the locker (returnable)

·     On your first visit we will need to see a proof of identity (e.g. driving licence or BN membership card)
