Nottingham Sun Club

The club comprises of 5 acres set down private roads, in the stunning grounds of Newstead Abbey Park.
We can trace our roots back to 1939, with the current entity being formed in 1946. Our club has been lovingly developed over its history and now boasts a covered heated swimming pool, sauna, 3 miniten courts, boules, shuffleboard, volleyball and a recently refurbished tennis court. 

We have 2 pavilions, with full cooking facilities for members and visitors, darts, pool, table tennis, board games and a library. An outdoor patio area, with communal gas barbeques, plus extensive lawns are excellent and regularly used social spaces, ideal for many ad hoc events!

We can accommodate visitors with tents, trailer tents, folding caravans (NOT full size caravans), motorhomes (limitations apply). Each pitch has a 6 amp electrical supply.

We welcome all visitors, and potential members, to share our truly unique and tranquil space.
