Dorset Ramble – Bere Regis
NWD26 – Naturist Walks Dorset 2026 - Winterborne Zelston (nr Bere Regis)
Come and join us for a naked country walk deep in the heart of Dorset.
This is a new area for our repertoire. From your car, heading westwards past (the 5-legged !) Stag Gate towards Bere Regis on the A31, the area may appear to be almost featureless. But at a leisurely walking pace everything changes: Worlds End, Anderson, Botany Bay, Red Post, and the many Winterbornes (Zelston, Tomson, Kingston, & more) have sights to behold, stories to tell, and ancient thoroughfares to tread. Come and join us on this ramble through gently undulating farmland and see for yourself. 11 miles + shorter option.
This event is one of 4 Naturist Walks Dorset planned for spring 2026, all listed in the BN Events Calendar. British Naturism members and others interested in naked walking are all welcome. When booking, please state your BN membership number or other interest, and provide your email address and mobile phone number.
For further information or to book onto this and/or other walks in the series, please email peter.simpson@bn.org.uk Details of the meeting point and other information will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

SWIM - Flamingo Community Pool in Axminister, East Devon - APRIL
The next naturist swim at Flamingo Community Pool, Axminster, takes place on Friday 17 April, from 8.30pm to 9.30pm.
This is a great venue, with a lovely 25m pool heated to 29C (84F), plus a newly opened hydro pool heated to a balmy 34C (93F) — perfect for a relaxing evening swim.
The sessions are run independently by the pool management and, for now, are being offered on a month-by-month basis, depending on support. The last swim attracted 20 people, which the management were pleased with, so a strong turnout this time will really help secure future sessions. With summer approaching, they are understandably cautious about committing too far ahead — so if you would like to see this swim continue, now is the time to support it.
And it is well worth supporting: this is the only naturist swim for miles around, and a real opportunity to build a thriving regular event in East Devon.
Advance booking is essential and must be made directly with the pool. The cost is £8 per person. To book, call 01297 35800, or book in person if you live nearby.
Please note that, to manage entry to the building, the doors are locked five minutes before the session starts, so do make sure you arrive in good time — by 8.25pm at the latest.
A rare local opportunity, a warm welcome, and two excellent pools — do come along and help make this swim a real success.

Powderham Castle Naked Heart Walk 2026
We are back for 2026! A clothing optional 3-mile circular Naked Heart Walk around the beautiful gardens of Powderham Castle Estate in DevonThe Event
This event offers a clothing-optional 3 mile circular Naked Heart Walk around the beautiful gardens of Powderham Castle Estate in Devon to raise funds for The British Heart Foundation.
The Venue
This is a beautiful, privately owned castle near Exeter in the heart of Devon, 10mins from J30 of the M5. (Venue Post Code: EX6 8JQ); (What3Words ///pictures.presides.composes).
Your visit will offer:
· Parking. (Included)
· A 5k (aprox) walk to raise funds for The British Heart Foundation. (Included).
· An optional shorter, more level walk for those with mobility difficulties. (Included)
· An optional longer walk, (For an additional payment).
· A yoga session. (Included).
· Refreshment shop. (Additional payments).
· An optional Afternoon Tea in the Castle. (Additional payment).
· Access to all the gardens for you to stroll around until closing time. (Included)
The Walks
The 5k walk can be rather challenging in places with one particular steep climb. The terrain can be rough in places and soft in others so a less challenging shorter option is available. Alternatively, a longer 10k more challenging walk is also available for a small additional payment. Stout footwear is advisable.
The Yoga
A FREE yoga class will be held at 13.45 in the Old Riding School, or outside if the weather is suitable. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat for the class, and a towel or blanket to cover yourself when we are resting.
You are welcome to wear as little or as much as you want for this activity, but make sure it's something that you can move freely in. The class will be about 50 mins long so that you will be finished in time for the optional Afternoon Tea. It won't be a strong class so if you've never tried yoga then this could be a good opportunity.
The Challenge
Leave your clothes behind and feel the breeze on your skin as you raise vital funds for the British Heart Foundation.
The Naked Heart Walks are organised by British Naturism to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and all participants will receive:
A certificate at the end of the walk. Opportunity to purchase a BHF medal (£5) A fundraising link and regular emails to keep you on track. Full support from the British Heart Foundation to help you reach your target. Why not make use of the Just Giving page set up for you, and send details of it to all your friends, family, and contacts so they can donate and sponsor your amazing Naked Walk? Don’t be shy about it. Be brave and tell as many people as you can. It’s surprising how many people will donate to such a well-known, deserving charity, when they know you are doing something, which to them seems, ridiculous. Be BOLD!’
The British Heart Foundation
Heart and circulatory diseases are the world’s biggest killers, and they can affect any of us, including you. But thanks to the research that the British Heart Foundation is funding, there is hope. By backing the brightest scientific minds, we have the power to find treatments and cures that could make the difference between your parents living to old age or not, your friend making it to graduation or not, your sister being a phone call away or not.
This event is a bold one, just like our ambition to fund the science that keeps millions of hearts beating. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for signing up for the Naked Heart Walk and fundraising.
Tickets for this event are sold through Eventbrite. You will be able to purchase tickets from Eventbrite by following the link below:

Naked Cruise - Poole Quay
Come and join me on 18th July 2026 for an evening cruise around Poole Harbour right in the heart of Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to climb aboard MV The Dorset Queen at Poole Quay, strip off when instructed then relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Dorset Riviera as you cruise around all the islands within Poole Harbour including Brownsea Island, past Sandbanks and Old Harry Rocks then returning past Millionaire’s Row before arriving back at Poole Quay. Cruise tickets are £25 for members and £30 for non-members.
The Dorset Queen has a truly amazing and chequered past life ranging from her duties whilst being requisitioned by the Royal Navy ship and for military purposes for the United States of America to a ferry and more recently to use as a cruise vessel here in Poole. She has all the following facilities:
An onboard, multi-deck sound system
An upper deck, offering panoramic views and its own Prosecco Bar
A forward deck with retractable canopy
An enclosed back deck with onboard dance floor and disco lights
A fully heated lower saloon with booth seating
A main bar in the saloon, stocked with over 25 artisan gins, rums & vodkas, lager, spirits, wines, Champagne, Dorset Tea and a coffee machine
Ladies & Gentlemen’s Washrooms.
The fully stocked on-board bar will be open throughout the trip so you can purchase drinks for cash or card payment. A fish and chips supper will be available as an optional extra for £14 which you can book when purchasing your cruise ticket.
Boarding the vessel will be from Poole Quay at 18.45 hrs with departure at 19.00 hrs and return will be by 21.00 hrs. You must be dressed to embark and debark the vessel but you will be able to undress after departure and remain naked until just before mooring at the end of the cruise. This is an adult only cruise. Several pay car parks are available within easy walking distance of the quayside but beware, there is very little free roadside parking nearby.
There will be a collection box on board for you to make a donation to The British Heart Foundation, an organisation that raises funds for research into life saving cures and treatments of heart disease, the biggest killer in the UK.
Prices: Cruise - £25 for BN members - £30 for non-BN Members.
Fish & Chip supper - £14 each.
Please contact me if you need additional information, have a dietary requirement, or have a question to ask.

Court Farm Naked Heart Walk 2026 (2)
Come and join us for a clothing optional Naked Heart Walk around Court Farm Lakes, in Gloucestershire, raising funds for British Heart FoundThe Event
This event offers a clothing optional Naked Heart Walk around Court Farm Lakes, in Gloucestershire, to raise vital funds for The British Heart Foundation.
Court Farm Lakes is proud to put inclusivity and community at the heart of what they do as demonstrated by the easy access to the lakes, accessible sessions, regular clothing-optional sessions and their calendar of social activities. With the on-site café serving hot and cold food to order and a variety of drinks, this is a 'must go to' venue for all Naturists.
The Venue
This is a beautiful, privately owned farm location in the heart of Gloucestershire. The venue is just 20mins, (13 miles), from J2 of the M48 and on the east side of the A48 near Woolaston between Chepstow and Lydney. (Venue Post Code: This gives a false reading so use W3W instead.) (What3Words: ‘scales.owned.vague’.)
Your visit will offer:
· Parking for 50 cars. (Included)
· A 1k (0.6 mile) (aprox) walk around two lakes to raise funds for The British Heart Foundation. (Included).
· Sauna. (Additional payment).
· Café (Additional payments).
· Access to all the grounds for you to stroll around until closing time. (Included)
The on-site café will be open throughout the event offering hot and cold meals and snacks as well as a wide range of drinks for you to purchase.
The Walk
This consists of a half-mile circular walk around the lakes which you can complete as many times as you wish. The ground can be very soft in places so please wear appropriate footwear for countryside walking.
The Swim
During your visit you may, if you choose, take an optional Skinny Dip in the cold-water lakes. [The Skinny Dip is not part of the British Naturism (BN) Naked Heart Walk event and may be arranged with the venue owners on site. BN does not have public liability insurance cover for wild swimming].
The Challenge
Leave your clothes behind and feel the breeze on your skin as you raise vital funds for The British Heart Foundation. The Naked Heart Walks are organised throughout the UK by British Naturism to raise money for The British Heart Foundation. All participants will receive:
• Certificate of completion. A BHF medal at the end of the walk is available for purchase (£5).
• A fundraising link and regular emails to keep on track.
• Full support from The British Heart Foundation to help reach your target.
BN has secured exclusive use of the facilities for 3 hours allowing plenty of time for you to fully enjoy all that Court Farm Lakes has to offer.
Be Bold!
The British Heart Foundation
Heart and circulatory diseases are the world’s biggest killers, and they can affect any of us, including you. But thanks to the research The British Heart Foundation is funding, there is hope.
