We are a naturist swimming and social club serving the Norfolk & Suffolk area. We hold naturist swims every Friday and organise social events throughout the year.
For our swims, we use a private-hire pool near Attleborough, which also has a hot tub and sauna. Swim times vary depending on the week of the month. For the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month they are from 2 – 4 pm. On all other Fridays, they are from 8 – 10 pm.
Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement, as we only have two or three visitor places each week. The cost is £5 for members and £7 for visitors. If you would like to arrange a visit, please contact us by email or phone. For safeguarding reasons, we will need to know your real name, and on your fist visit you will be asked to show a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.
Once your first visit has been arranged, we will send you detailed directions to the pool and information on local parking.

Who are we?
We are a very friendly, group of people. We welcome both first timers and seasoned naturists to come and join us at our Friday night swim to enjoy 'The WNSC Friday Feel Good Factor'!
When?
Every Friday evening from 8.45pm to 10:00pm (except Bank Holidays).
Entry fees: Visitors £6.00, Members £5.00, Children accompanied by a WNSC member free.
BN and members of other Naturist clubs welcome. Please bring your membership card.

Watford Leisure Centre Central, Peace Prospect, Watford, WD17 3HA.
Free parking is available in the car park to the rear of the leisure centre. You will need to display a ticket. Tickets are available free from the machine.
We are conveniently located with easy access to the M1/J5 and M25/J20.
Walking distance from Watford Town Centre and Watford Junction Train Station (1/2 mile).
1 hour from Northampton, Dartford, Weybridge, Oxford and Reading.

Club Naturel is hosting a Ladies-Only, Clothes-Optional swim from 8 pm - 10 pm on 1st Friday of the Month. We use a private-hire pool near Attleborough, which also has a hot tub and sauna. The cost is £7 per person, payable on the day. There are 20 places available and there is some parking at the pool or nearby. More details about the pool and its facilities can be found on our website.

Join us for a 9 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Tring, Hertfordshire, including sections of the Chiltern Way. Saturday 5th April 2025.
The walk has a couple of fairly steep inclines near the beginning of the route while the remainder of the route is mainly flat passing through a several woods and open countryside. The route follows part of The Ridgeway before branching off across open fields and through some woodland to join the Chiltern Way. After a short distance the route turns off the Chiltern Way passing through High Scrubs before heading back to the start point through woods and across more open countryside.
The event is being organised by British Naturism Eastern Region in association with the Milton Keynes Naturist Meet and Greet Group. It is open to all members of British Naturism and other naturist (walking) groups; anyone new to naturism or to naturist walking is welcome too. When booking, please state whether you are a member of BN or other naturist groups.
You must be fit enough to walk up to nine miles, including moderate hills.

At the Northampton Sun Group swims you can Swim, there are two swimming pools (a big 33 yard pool and a smaller Training Pool), use the Sauna, Steam-room, Plunge Pool and Turkish Hot Rooms and enjoy chatting with a tea or coffee in our meeting area. You are welcome to bring along your own food and drink if you would like to. Please bring your own mug for Tea/Coffee to save on the use of plastic cups.
Membership and Visiting is open to all, male or female, singles or couples, all are equally welcome. If you have not been along to a meeting before you can just turn up on the night. Get in contact before your visit if you have any queries.
On your first swim please bring Photo ID and Proof of Address or if you are a BN Member then your BN Membership Card can be used as Proof of ID.
The Entry Fee is £12 each. Under 18s are Free but please see important details below regarding child attendance.
IMPORTANT – Please read the instructions below if you wish to bring any Children to an NSG Swim
U18s can attend NSG free of charge, BUT a responsible adult MUST remain with them at all times!
Children Under 14 are only allowed to use the smaller 'Training' swimming pool (NOT the big swimming pool) and parents/guardians MUST remain in the pool/poolside the entire time the children are in the pool/pool area. Children aged 14+ may use the big pool with adult supervision.
Children Under 16 are NOT allowed into the Health Suite (Sauna/Steam Room/Plunge Pool/Hot Rooms) under any circumstances.
The Swims begin at 5:30pm and finish by 8:00pm. The Doors are open for entry from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
There is plenty of Parking in the Victoria Street Car Park, opposite The Mounts. N.B. It is only FREE for the first 2 hours, so if attending a full swim you will need to pay £2.20! It’s about a 1 minute walk from the car park to The Mounts. The Postcode for the Car Park is – NN1 3NR.
There is also Free Disabled Parking in front of The Mounts. A Blue Disabled Badge will need to be exhibited in your windscreen. There is also a ramp into the building for Wheelchair Access.
Free Tea, Coffee and Biscuits will be available during the evening in the Meeting Room. Please bring your own mug or cup. You are also welcome to bring your own snack or drink if you wish.
There are lockers in the changing rooms. However if you wish to use a locker, and lock it, you will need to bring your own small locker style padlock.

Hoby, Leicestershire, Naturist Walk – Friday 25th April 2025
Join us for a 7-8 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Hoby, Leicestershire, through the beautiful Leicestershire Wolds. Friday 25th April, 12.30pm to 5.30pm.
The walk is through undulating grassland, agricultural fields and open countryside. The circular route follows a network of public footpaths through part of the Leicestershire Wolds passing through or skirting Shoby, Grimston and Ragdale before returning to the start point across open countryside.
Although Leicester is no longer in the Eastern Region this popular event is being organised by British Naturism Eastern Region in association with the Milton Keynes Naturist Meet and Greet Group. It is open to all members of British Naturism and other naturist (walking) groups; anyone new to naturism or to naturist walking is welcome too. When booking, please state whether you are a member of BN or other naturist groups.

Join us for this six mile walk (or couple of mile walk including a picnic) between the villages of Horningsea, Stow-Cum-Quy and Lode. The walk is on flat terrain and crosses Quy Fen which is the only bit of woodland. The remainder of the walk is across open countryside and along a river bank.
Although this is an easy walk you need to be aware that the Quy Fen has a notice which states "No Nudity" which of course has no legal standing and it seems is a "sledge hammer" attempt to prohibit other illegal activities that have taken place there in the past. There is a slight risk that we might meet with some resistance in that area but the police will have been made aware of our intended walk well in advance. There were no issues last year and was one of the few walks that was completed without cover-up.

Join us for a 7 mile naturist walk event starting at/returning to Little Brickhill, including part of the Greensand Ridge and the Milton Keynes Boundary walk. Saturday 31st May 2025, 12.30 to 4.30pm.
Start/Finish point is accessible only by car so please car share if possible.
Starting at the village of Little Brickhill, we proceed along the Greensand Ridge Walk in the direction of Woburn. After a stretch of road which will require a cover up, the walk continues through open country and woodlands, with undulating ground.

Lake Ashmor, near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, is a stunning man-made lake which offers treated water to ensure a beautifully clean swim. The lake is approximately 1 mile in diameter with a designated swim course of 800 meters.
Active Waters Wild Swimming is hosting four bespoke events over the summer, exclusive to Naturists to ensure a relaxed and safe environment to enjoy a swim. Lifeguards will be on duty to ensure the safety of all swimmers. Bargain price of £10 per session. Must be a competent swimmer.

Join us for a 6 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Steeple Claydon, Buckinghamshire, through the Vale of Aylesbury. Friday 06 June 2025, 12.30pm to 4.30pm.
The walk is mainly flat passing through grassland, agricultural fields and open countryside. The mainly circular route follows a network of public footpaths through part of the Vale of Aylesbury before heading back to the start point across open countryside.

Club Naturel is hosting a Ladies-Only, Clothes-Optional swim from 8 pm - 10 pm on 1st Friday of the Month. We use a private-hire pool near Attleborough, which also has a hot tub and sauna. The cost is £7 per person, payable on the day. There are 20 places available and there is some parking at the pool or nearby. More details about the pool and its facilities can be found on our website.

Once your first visit has been arranged, we will send you detailed directions to the pool. At the Northampton Sun Group swims you can Swim, there are two swimming pools (a big 33 yard pool and a smaller Training Pool), use the Sauna, Steam-room, Plunge Pool and Turkish Hot Rooms and enjoy chatting with a tea or coffee in our meeting area. You are welcome to bring along your own food and drink if you would like to. Please bring your own mug for Tea/Coffee to save on the use of plastic cups.
Membership and Visiting is open to all, male or female, singles or couples, all are equally welcome. If you have not been along to a meeting before you can just turn up on the night. Get in contact before your visit if you have any queries.
On your first swim please bring Photo ID and Proof of Address or if you are a BN Member then your BN Membership Card can be used as Proof of ID.
The Entry Fee is £12 each. Under 18s are Free but please see important details below regarding child attendance.
IMPORTANT – Please read the instructions below if you wish to bring any Children to an NSG Swim
U18s can attend NSG free of charge, BUT a responsible adult MUST remain with them at all times!
Children Under 14 are only allowed to use the smaller 'Training' swimming pool (NOT the big swimming pool) and parents/guardians MUST remain in the pool/poolside the entire time the children are in the pool/pool area. Children aged 14+ may use the big pool with adult supervision.
Children Under 16 are NOT allowed into the Health Suite (Sauna/Steam Room/Plunge Pool/Hot Rooms) under any circumstances.
The Swims begin at 5:30pm and finish by 8:00pm. The Doors are open for entry from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
There is plenty of Parking in the Victoria Street Car Park, opposite The Mounts. N.B. It is only FREE for the first 2 hours, so if attending a full swim you will need to pay £2.20! It’s about a 1 minute walk from the car park to The Mounts. The Postcode for the Car Park is – NN1 3NR.
There is also Free Disabled Parking in front of The Mounts. A Blue Disabled Badge will need to be exhibited in your windscreen. There is also a ramp into the building for Wheelchair Access.
Free Tea, Coffee and Biscuits will be available during the evening in the Meeting Room. Please bring your own mug or cup. You are also welcome to bring your own snack or drink if you wish.
There are lockers in the changing rooms. However if you wish to use a locker, and lock it, you will need to bring your own small locker style padlock.

Spielplatz Art Show
Summer Solstice weekend - June 21/22 2025
Come and visit the première Spielplatz art show this summer. Members and residents will be exhibiting a wide variety of artistic genres and we want YOU to come and see them.
Spielplatz will be open to day visitors and campers and you will be able to enjoy our swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, bar and beautiful grounds, just north of London and right next door to the newly-renovated British Naturism Sunfolk.
Many of the artworks will be for sale but not necessarily for money! Consider exchanging your skills and your time by providing something that the artist will find of value - logs for their wood-burner, work in their garden, painting and decorating - it’s up to you!

Join us for a 7-8 mile circular naturist walk starting at/returning to Christmas Common, near Watlington, Oxfordshire including sections of the Chiltern Way and open access land. Friday 4th July 2025, 12.30pm to 5.30pm.
This is quite a demanding walk with significant inclines at several places. The route starts from a National Trust Car Park (payment required unless a NT Member) passing over open access land with wonderful views and several beech woods, back to a finish at a pub near the start point or alternatively straight back to the car park. Part of the route is unavoidably along a stretch of road and with two hamlets en route some covering will be required.

Join us for a 7 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to North Marston, Buckinghamshire, through parts of Aylesbury Vale with fantastic panoramic views of the Chilterns and North Buckinghamshire from the top of Quainton Hill, on Saturday 19th July 2025, 12.30pm to 5.30pm.
The walk is mainly flat, with some low to moderate hills, passing through grassland, agricultural fields and open countryside, with stunning views of Aylesbury Vale, the Chilterns and North Buckinghamshire from the top of Quainton Hill. Although the hill is long, with a good path, it is not too steep. The circular route follows a network of public footpaths including Matthew’s Way, Midshires Way, Swan’s Way and the North Buckinghamshire Way before heading back to the start point across open countryside.
The event is being organised by British Naturism Eastern Region in association with the Milton Keynes Naturist Meet and Greet Group. It is open to all members of British Naturism and other naturist (walking) groups; anyone new to naturism or to naturist walking is welcome too. Join us for this beautiful 7 mile circular walk from a new location - Great Offley in North Hertfordshire (between Luton and Hitchin). The walk involves a few noticeable hills with open views mixed in with ancient sunken tracks and neighbouring woodlands. The terrain is mostly well made up tracks and wide headlands, with one short section across-field. Parking will be on the road within the village, so please car share where possible.

Join us for an 8 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, through the Misbourne Valley and parts of the Chiltern Hills. Saturday 9th August 2025, 12.30pm to 5.00pm.
Start/Finish point is accessible by train to Great Missenden Station on the Chiltern Line (London Marylebone to Aylesbury Vale Parkway via Amersham) with pre-arranged pick up from the station to the start subject to Covid status at the time.
The walk is mainly through open country and common land with some woodland, along mostly flat terrain with some slight to moderate hills. The circular route follows a network of public footpaths, starting near the village of Great Missenden, in the Misbourne Valley and the Chiltern Hills.

Join us for a 8.5 mile naturist walk event starting at/returning to Harlington, Bedfordshire, on Saturday 6th September 2025, 12.30 to 5.00pm.
Starting at the village of Harlington, we proceed on local footpaths towards Sundon Park and Sharpenhoe Clappers before returning to the flatter area around Harlington. The walk is mainly through open country, along mostly flat terrain with some moderate hills as we approach Sundon Park.
Harlington has a mainline station serviced by Thamelink and the station is only a short walk from the start point.
