For our swims, we use a private-hire pool near Attleborough, which also has a hot tub and sauna. Swim times vary depending on the week of the month. For the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month they are from 2 – 4 pm. On all other Fridays, they are from 8 – 10 pm.
Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement, as we only have two or three visitor places each week. The cost is £5 for members and £7 for visitors. Join us for a 9 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Tring, Hertfordshire, including sections of the Chiltern Way.  Saturday 4th April 2026.
 The walk has a couple of fairly steep inclines near the beginning of the route while the remainder of the route is mainly flat passing through a several woods and open countryside.  The route follows part of The Ridgeway before branching off across open fields and through some woodland to join the Chiltern Way.  After a short distance the route turns off the Chiltern Way passing through High Scrubs before heading back to the start point through woods and across more open countryside.
The event is being organised by British Naturism Eastern Region in association with the Milton Keynes Naturist Meet and Greet Group.  It is open to all members of British Naturism and other naturist (walking) groups; anyone new to naturism or to naturist walking is welcome too.  When booking, please state whether you are a member of BN or other naturist groups.
 You must be fit enough to walk up to nine miles, including moderate hills.

The BN National Swimming Gala and The Festival of Sport are back at Watford Woodside 11th April 2026.

Woodside is an 8-lane short-course competition pool with starting blocks.
Our Festival of Sport is for non-swimmers, an initiative which includes Badminton, Pickleball, Squash and Table tennis all equipment supplied

The Gala and Festival of Sport are a great way to meet new Naturists and challenge yourself.
Whilst the swimming gala is run under Swim England rules it is also great fun and has a wonderful spirit.

You don't need to be a competitive swimmer to take part and participation makes you eligible for the INF Gala in autumn (venue to be announced)

The minimum entry requirement is to swim two lengths of the 25m pool.

Come and join us for a session in the newly refurbished health suite at Bury St Edmunds Sports and Leisure Centre. This is one of two sessions being held solely in the health suite whilst the main pool is being refurbished. Numbers are limited so please register your place early. The Spa which is not dissimilar to a Roman Villa is very appropriate really for naturists! It is a wonderful place to relax...unwind...chill with friends...and reinvigorate the body.
The Naturist Spa Club which has operated at the beautiful Mediterranean village themed Aqua Springs for an amazing 30+years on the first and third Sundays of every month from 18:15 to 20:45 is enjoyed by members who prefer to use a sauna and spa facility in the natural naked state.
There is a wide range of different facilities to choose from when you visit Aqua Springs including:
Main Spa Pool a central Jacuzzi pool with many fine water jets which gently massage the entire body to ease away muscle tension. Two saunas of different heat and humidity, a Monsoon shower is adjacent to the Steam Room this combines high temperature and 100% humidity, Salt Inhalation Room and an Aromatherapy Room. Revitalise with a swim in the Cool Pool or a quick dip in the Ice Cold Plunge.
Relax at the café, adjacent to the lounge area, which serves a selection of light refreshments.

Hoby, Leicestershire,  Naturist Walk – Friday 24th April 2025
Join us for a 7-8 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Hoby, Leicestershire, through the beautiful Leicestershire Wolds.  Friday 24th April, 12.30pm to 5.30pm.
The walk is through undulating grassland, agricultural fields and open countryside.  The circular route follows a network of public footpaths through part of the Leicestershire Wolds passing through or skirting Shoby, Grimston and Ragdale before returning to the start point across open countryside.

Clothing optional narrowboat excursion on the famous Grand Union Canal.
Setting off and returning too Cosgrove Wharf, just North of Milton Keynes, on our own exclusive private hire narrow boat experience.
This trip is limited to a maximum of 12 people. Once tickets are sold out, you can email the Event Organiser to be put on the waiting list
Parking available at own risk. Suitable footwear should be worn as wet surfaces can be slippery and bring your own packed lunches but Tea and Coffee will be available on board.

The trip will set out clothed. After clearing the buildings participants will be able to disrobe only covering up when passing the Public House garden and going through the lock. Make sure you are able to arrive in plenty of time to find the location, park, and be present for the mandatory safety briefing before setting off. The departure will be punctual. Note the directions as given on the company website to avoid a dead-end street (put in 200 years ago but not recognised by some SATNAVs).

Join us for this six mile walk (or couple of mile walk including a picnic) between the villages of Horningsea, Stow-Cum-Quy and Lode. The walk is on flat terrain and crosses Quy Fen which is the only bit of woodland. The remainder of the walk is across open countryside and along a river bank.
Although this is an easy walk you need to be aware that the Quy Fen has a notice which states "No Nudity" which of course has no legal standing and it seems is a "sledge hammer" attempt to prohibit other illegal activities that have taken place there in the past. There is a slight risk that we might meet with some resistance in that area but the police will have been made aware of our intended walk well in advance. There were no issues last year and was one of the few walks that was completed without cover-up.

Lake Ashmor, near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, is a stunning man-made lake which offers treated water to ensure a beautifully clean swim.
The lake is approximately 1 mile in diameter with a designated swim course of 800 meters.

Active Waters Wild Swimming is hosting four bespoke events over the summer, exclusive to Naturists to ensure a relaxed and safe environment to enjoy a swim. Lifeguards will be on duty to ensure the safety of all swimmers. Must be a competent swimmer. 
It's £15 per swimmer and will include refreshments...hot/cold beverages and some tasty goodies...

Naturist Walk South of Saxmundham, Suffolk
This is approximately a six mile walk in the lovely area of Suffolk, mostly in forest but with some heathland. The walk can be lengthened or shortened somewhat depending on the needs of the group.
The walk is on flat terrain but there are some trip hazards.  Dogs are not permitted on this walk.

The Naturist Spa Club which has operated at the beautiful Mediterranean village themed Aqua Springs for an amazing 30+years on the first and third Sundays of every month from 18:15 to 20:45 is enjoyed by members who prefer to use a sauna and spa facility in the natural naked state.
There is a wide range of different facilities to choose from when you visit Aqua Springs including:
Main Spa Pool a central Jacuzzi pool with many fine water jets which gently massage the entire body to ease away muscle tension. Two saunas of different heat and humidity, a Monsoon shower is adjacent to the Steam Room this combines high temperature and 100% humidity, Salt Inhalation Room and an Aromatherapy Room. Revitalise with a swim in the Cool Pool or a quick dip in the Ice Cold Plunge.
Relax at the café, adjacent to the lounge area, which serves a selection of light refreshments.

Join us for a 6 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Steeple Claydon, Buckinghamshire, through the Vale of Aylesbury.  Friday 12 June 2026, 12.30pm to 4.30pm.
The walk is mainly flat passing through grassland, agricultural fields and open countryside.  The mainly circular route follows a network of public footpaths through part of the Vale of Aylesbury before heading back to the start point across open countryside.
The event is being organised by British Naturism Eastern Region in association with the Milton Keynes Naturist Meet and Greet Group.  It is open to all members of British Naturism and other naturist (walking) groups; anyone new to naturism or to naturist walking is welcome too.  When booking, please state whether you are a member of BN or other naturist groups.

Join us for a 7-8 mile circular naturist walk starting at/returning to Christmas Common, near Watlington, Oxfordshire including sections of the Chiltern Way and open access land.  Friday 19th June 2026, 12.30pm to 5.30pm.
This is quite a demanding walk with significant inclines at several places.   The route starts from a National Trust Car Park (payment required unless a NT Member)  passing over open access land with wonderful views and several beech woods, back to a finish at a pub near the start point or alternatively straight back to the car park. Part of the route is unavoidably along a stretch of road and with two hamlets en route some covering will be required.

Come and visit the second annual Spielplatz art show this summer. Members and residents will be exhibiting a wide variety of artistic genres and we want YOU to come and see them.
Spielplatz will be open to day visitors and campers and you will be able to enjoy our swimming pool, hot tub, bar and beautiful grounds, just north of London and right next door to the newly-renovated British Naturism Sunfolk.

College Lake is one of the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust's flagship nature reserves. This thriving nature reserve supports BHFAfter a hugely successful first year at College Lake in 2025, we are delighted to confirm that we are returning for 2026, but now earlier in the year and with a later end time.
Supporting more than 1,000 different wildlife species, College Lake is one of the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust's flagship nature reserves. The venue is ideal for a Naked Heart Walk as it is a circular self-guided walk on a gentle footpath with way markers.

There is a shop, ample parking and toilets. These walks are clothing optional and you are welcome to complete the walk by yourself or join with others. There are three walks to choose from:
“Time Trail”: 1 ¾ mile which takes you through the geology and history of the Lake “Bird Trail”: ¾ mile past five bird hides with different views of the lake “Wild Trail”: a full 2 miles to circumnavigate the Lake (allow 1 hr). You are welcome to bring binoculars and cameras, but no photographs of people without their explicit consent. The event is for over 18s only.
Due to its popularity, and as a special concession to us, the venue will close early to the public but we must not arrive in the car park before 5:30pm. You are welcome to get undressed in the car park, but valuables are left at our own risk. Registration starts at 5:40pm. The site must be cleared by 9pm latest as they are staffed by volunteers and we need to be sympathetic to their time.
There is a local pub a few minutes’ drive away if you arrive early, or as a venue for afterwards.
Tickets are limited, so early booking is recommended.

We will be back at Peterborough Lido for another exclusive evening on Saturday 27th June. We will confirm the times when we have agreed them with the pool, it's usually half-an-hour after the advertised closing time to the public.
The Lido is at PE1 1YY and is easily accessible from the Peterborough grid roads, from the A1 or the A47, via the A1139. The large car park is on the left as you approach on Bishops Road having left the A1139 at the City Centre exit. It is also accessible from Peterborough railway station, about a 1200-metre walk.
It's worth checking the car parking charges. We usually use Bishops Road car park but Riverside is also useful. Look out that if you arrive rather early the charges can be a lot more expensive than arriving just in time.

Lake Ashmor, near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, is a stunning man-made lake which offers treated water to ensure a beautifully clean swim.
The lake is approximately 1 mile in diameter with a designated swim course of 800 meters.

The walk is mainly flat, with some low to moderate hills, passing through grassland, agricultural fields and open countryside, with stunning views of Aylesbury Vale, the Chilterns and North Buckinghamshire from the top of Quainton Hill.  Although the hill is long, with a good path, it is not too steep.  The circular route follows a network of public footpaths including Matthew’s Way, Midshires Way, Swan’s Way and the North Buckinghamshire Way before heading back to the start point across open countryside.

There is a wide range of different facilities to choose from when you visit Aqua Springs including:
Main Spa Pool a central Jacuzzi pool with many fine water jets which gently massage the entire body to ease away muscle tension. Two saunas of different heat and humidity, a Monsoon shower is adjacent to the Steam Room this combines high temperature and 100% humidity, Salt Inhalation Room and an Aromatherapy Room. Revitalise with a swim in the Cool Pool or a quick dip in the Ice Cold Plunge.
Relax at the café, adjacent to the lounge area, which serves a selection of light refreshments.

Johnson's Zoological gardens has over 100 different animals including Lions, Tigers, Bear, Crocodiles, and there is also a paved walk in 12 Acres of private woodland.
The Zoo is near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, just off the A141 which itself is not far from major road networks including the A1(M) and A14. The date has been picked so there is daylight throughout the event (twilight is after the event closes).
The venue allows for many unique photographic opportunities near the animals (but there are strict rules on only photographing people with explicit permission. Wrist bands, which are familiar at BN events, will be issued on arrival).
The Zoo does not allow picnics and feeding the animals is prohibited, so they are putting on a special communal BBQ in their central area which is all included in the price. There is also a licensed bar on site.
In the unfortunate event of inclement weather there is an indoor café and restaurant area, an outdoor undercover area, and the large reptile house is enclosed with tropical temperatures. Naturist author Robert Ashton will be there to sign his latest book "Down to Earth" and talk on this fascinating subject.
Free parking is on site and you will be able to leave your possessions in your vehicle, at your own risk.
BN will have exclusive access to the extensive Zoo grounds. The fixed price package is, £30pp will include: Entrance Fee, BBQ with salad, cold drink and Ice Cream. Vegetarian and Gluten-free options will be available. Please also note that the venue does allow well behaved dogs on leads.

We are a naturist swimming and social club serving the Norfolk & Suffolk area. We hold naturist swims every Friday and organise social events throughout the year.
For our swims, we use a private-hire pool near Attleborough, which also has a hot tub and sauna. Swim times vary depending on the week of the month. For the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month they are from 2 – 4 pm. On all other Fridays, they are from 8 – 10 pm.
Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement, as we only have two or three visitor places each week. The cost is £5 for members and £7 for visitors. Join us for this beautiful 7 mile circular walk from a new location - Great Offley in North Hertfordshire (between Luton and Hitchin). The walk involves a few noticeable hills with open views mixed in with ancient sunken tracks and neighbouring woodlands.  The terrain is mostly well made up tracks and wide headlands, with one short section across-field.   Parking will be on the road within the village, so please car share where possible.

Join us for a 6.5 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Tiddington, Oxfordshire, The walk is on reasonably flat terrain, starting at the village of Tiddington and heading North to the Ickford Bridge over the River Thame. The walk turns to the East across open farmland and skirts a nearby village to then follow the river again for some distance heading South. We then cross the A418 (clothed) and continue a route back to Tiddington.
The event is being organised by British Naturism Eastern Region in association with the Milton Keynes Naturist Meet and Greet Group.  It is open to all members of British Naturism and other naturist (walking) groups; anyone new to naturism or to naturist walking is welcome too.  When booking, please state whether you are a member of BN or other naturist groups.

The lake is approximately 1 mile in diameter with a designated swim course of 800 meters.

Join us for an 8 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, through the Misbourne Valley and parts of the Chiltern Hills.  Saturday 15th August 2026, 12.30pm to 5.00pm.
Start/Finish point is accessible by train to Great Missenden Station on the Chiltern Line (London Marylebone to Aylesbury Vale Parkway via Amersham) with pre-arranged pick up from the station to the start subject to Covid status at the time.
The walk is mainly through open country and common land with some woodland, along mostly flat terrain with some slight to moderate hills.  The circular route follows a network of public footpaths, starting near the village of Great Missenden, in the Misbourne Valley and the Chiltern Hills.

Join us for a 6.5 mile naturist walk event starting at/returning to Harlington, Bedfordshire, on  Saturday 5th September 2026, 12.30 to 5.00pm.
Starting at the village of Harlington, we proceed on local footpaths towards Sundon Park and Sharpenhoe Clappers before returning to the flatter area around Harlington.  The walk is mainly through open country, along mostly flat terrain with some moderate hills as we approach Sundon Park.
Harlington has a mainline station serviced by Thamelink and the station is only a short walk from the start point.
