Looking for a way to start that new post-festivities fitness regime? Swims run by Dover Swim Club will restart this Sunday 5th January 2025 and run until the final swim of the season on Sunday 13th April. As well as the swimming there is a sauna and steam room in which to warm up, and enjoy cheery conversation to brighten winter evenings. The Dover Naturist Swim Club organises clothes-free swimming sessions at the Dover Leisure Centre on Sunday evenings from Autumn to Spring. A meeting of the European Naturist Commission (EuNat) took place via Zoom on 7 October. The BN motion to allow same sex couples to compete in the annual International Pétanque Tournament was overwhelmingly supported with some 95% in favour of the change. BN International Director Anne Nisbet argued that as the INF-FNI already embrace Equality and Diversity in its statutes, logically this should also apply to the pétanque tournament. It will come as no surprise that we have had to look carefully at whether it would be practicable to proceed with Nudefest as originally planned.  Unfortunately, the global lockdown caused by COVID-19 means that running Nudefest in July is no longer possible.   However, we are not put off so easily so have rescheduled for the end of the summer.  We are very pleased to announce the revised dates for Nudefest 2020 are Monday 7th - Monday 14th September 2020.
