If you feel the need for a relaxing end to Sunday, Georgia will guide you on an hour long session of Hatha Yoga, with a combination of Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranyama (breathing exercises), which help to bring balance and peace to the body and mind. In Vinyasa, the Asanas synchronise to the breath. You will flow through yoga postures, warming the body and allowing your mind to reconnect to your body. This is a gentle session, to help you unwind and feel completely stretched and relaxed.
