Power Yoga is a combination of Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranyama (breathing exercises), which will help you to bring balance and peace to your body and mind and to synchronise your breath. You will flow through yoga postures, warming the body and allowing your mind to reconnect to your body and find inner peace. Georgia’s 45 minute session is for the more advanced yogis. By the end of the class you will feel totally stretched and energised. This session is a wonderful wake up to the weekend!
