Apologies that these updates make a meal of the weather - but I’m sure you’ll appreciate how important it is. Yesterday was … lovely! The sight of a few hundred naked bodies - some stretched out, some dancing - listening to the frenetic Old Time Sailors band in the sunshine, with brave souls free falling from a height behind them epitomises what this event is all about.
Let’s hope for more of the same today - it’s a relatively cloudless sky as I write this. A fishing competition is underway at the campsite’s lakes and a second group of people will shortly depart for the Cider Brandy Farm. We’ve got more crafts, talks and workshops, yoga, meditation, GroovX, volleyball and Karaoke, and Colin from the Free Wilders will be leading a Foraging walk around the site. There’s a chance to get messy in a Holi paint fight and to chill and listen to folk duet Razzomo, and Maddie and Theone. Tonight choose from Piano Jam, silent disco, hits from the Midnight Soul Sisters and Kick up the 80’s - or do them all!
Of course, sitting around chatting to friends and enjoying the atmosphere is perfectly acceptable too! Or having a massage, a sauna, a hot tub session ... so much to do - better get on with it...
