On Monday 22nd and 29th we are trialling a new online naked fitness class - Ballet at 1pm.
It's a high strength, low impact session with Sarah, a professional ballet teacher and can be adapted to most abilities.
All you need is either a chair or table to cling on to and a tutu (Ok, I lie - the tutu is optional!)
