	al walk along the coast at Silecroft in Cumbria.BN member @toepicker (Mark
	) will lead it as an unofficial group walk.Meeting at the Silecroft car pa
	rk 10:45am for registration - leaving at 11am.Postcode LA18 4NYThe walk is
	 approx. 8 miles/13km\, up to 4 hours including a stop for lunch.There isn
	't much uphill walking\, but the coastal path can have long grass which is
	 hard work and there are some small hills along the route. At least there'
	s no bracken! If the tide has receded\, we can walk back along the sand. T
	he walk can be done naked once away from the carpark\, but we may meet oth
	er walkers on the path/beach. It can be very windy on the coast! The walk 
	will be cancelled if the weather forecast is bad.Please register in advanc
