Thousands of people acr oss the country will be taking part to raise money for good causes and to experience the exhileration of being naked.\n\n Why Skinny Dip?\n\n From m ental health and body positivity to raising your heart rate and just feeli ng the rush of being alive\, there are many\, many health benefits to bein g naked. But\, if you are looking for another reason to skinny dip\, why n ot do it for a great cause? Our chosen charity is the mental heath charity MIND (charity reg no 1064309)\n\n\n\n The Great British Skinny Dip starte d in 2016 and has expanded from one event to dozens being organised around the country.\n\n The Great East Skinny Dip had six dippers in 2019 and ex panded to forty when it moved to Clacton-on-Sea for 2021. By 2023 this had reached 100.\n\n\n\n Being in a non-judgemental diverse group helps you b ecome familiar with and accepting of all kinds of body types. Whatever you look like\, you are normal\, as is everyone else.\n\n You can be as bare as you dare. If you would feel more comfortable wearing a swimsuit then yo u are welcome to.
