DESCRIPTION:\n	At the Northampton Sun Group swims you can Swim\, there
	 are two swimming pools (a big 33 yard pool and a smaller Training Pool)\,
	 use the Sauna\, Steam-room\, Plunge Pool and Turkish Hot Rooms and enjoy 
	chatting with a tea or coffee in our meeting area. You are welcome to brin
	g along your own food and drink if you would like to. Please bring your ow
	n mug for Tea/Coffee to save on the use of plastic cups.\n\n\n\n	Membershi
	p and Visiting is open to all\, male or female\, singles or couples\, all 
	are equally welcome. If you have not been along to a meeting before you ca
	n just turn up on the night. Get in contact before your visit if you have 
	any queries.\n\n\n\n	On your first swim please bring Photo ID and Proof of
	 Address or if you are a BN Member then your BN Membership Card can be
	 used as Proof of ID.\n\n\n\n	The Entry Fee is £12 each. Under 18s are Fr
	ee but please see important details below regarding child attendance.\n\n
	\n\n	IMPORTANT – Please read the instructions below if you wish to bring
	 any Children to an NSG Swim\n\n\n\n	U18s can attend NSG free of charge\
	, BUT a responsible adult MUST remain with them at all times!\n\n\n\n	Ch
	ildren Under 14 are only allowed to use the smaller 'Training' swimming 
	pool (NOT the big swimming pool) and parents/guardians MUST remain in the
	 pool/poolside the entire time the children are in the pool/pool area. Chi
	ldren aged 14+ may use the big pool with adult supervision.\n\n\n\n	Childr
	en Under 16 are NOT allowed into the Health Suite (Sauna/Steam Room/Plu
	nge Pool/Hot Rooms) under any circumstances. \n\n\n\n	The Swims begin at
	 5:30pm and finish by 8:00pm. The Doors are open for entry from 5:00pm t
	o 6:00pm.\n\n\n\n	There is plenty of Parking in the Victoria Street Car Pa
	rk\, opposite The Mounts. N.B. It is only FREE for the first 2 hours\,
	 so if attending a full swim you will need to pay £2.20! It’s about a
	 1 minute walk from the car park to The Mounts. The Postcode for the Car P
	ark is – NN1 3NR.\n\n\n\n	There is also Free Disabled Parking in front o
	f The Mounts. A Blue Disabled Badge will need to be exhibited in your wind
	screen. There is also a ramp into the building for Wheelchair Access.\n\n\
	n\n	Free Tea\, Coffee and Biscuits will be available during the evening in
	 the Meeting Room. Please bring your own mug or cup. You are also welcome 
	to bring your own snack or drink if you wish.\n\n\n\n	There are lockers in
	 the changing rooms. However if you wish to use a locker\, and lock it\, y
	ou will need to bring your own small locker style padlock.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
