Date for your Diary Sunday 7th September 2025 This year the GBSD is in aid of RNLI, a charity close to the hearts of all open water swimmers. Entry to the beach by car is free if you tell the National Trust staff you are attending the GBSD. Section 10 of the Strand will be turned into a Naturist Beach for the day and we would encourage you to plan to stay and enjoy a full day on the beach will all sorts of activities, including RNLI staff giving water safety advice. It would be great to have as much support from all of you on the beach to show the National Trust that there is demand for a permanent Naturist Beach area
