DESCRIPTION:\n	From Abbotsbury the public bus will take us up the hill t
	hen it’s eastwards along the grassy South Dorset Ridgeway with its far-r
	eaching views over Chesil Bank and the Isle of Portland. From Hardy’s Mo
	nument we’ll drop down to Portesham and back to Abbotsbury.\n\n\n\n	8.5 
	miles\, with shorter walking options and/or bus back from Portesham to Abb
	otsbury.\n\n\n\n	Non-naturist partners and friends are welcome. Late morn
	ing start. For exact time and further info please tick the “Going” box
	 below.\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	South Dorset and its coastline is a beautiful a
	rea. It’s worth spending a few days here. Why not combine this walk with
	:\n\n\n\n	- BN’s visit to The Dorset Museum and Art Gallery in Dorchest
	er the next day\n\n\n\n	- Laze (or fish for mackerel) on the nearby naturi
	st-friendly West Bexington shingle beach\n\n\n\n	- a naturist stay at SWOC
	 or at the quirky\, basic Studland Summer Camp (details for both are in th
	e BN magazine directory). There’s also a well-recommended textile campsi
	te in Portesham. \n\n
